 “After a couple of hours, we dined in the resort's lovely dining room with the fireplace lit just for us. For dinner we had a five course meal that was both unique and delicious. My description will never do the meal justice so imagine five courses including crab bisque, asparagus and arugula salad, filet mignon, mashed red potatoes, green beans with almonds, and a dessert that was a splendid concoction of raspberries, chocolate, cream and fluff.”
